Judy McGuire is the inspirational chef behind Three Dumplings, her Asian food business that puts on teaching masterclasses, caters for special events and hosts wonderful supper clubs from the warmth and intimacy of her family home. Judy draws on flavours from her upbringing in Singapore and all over Asia, so expect a truly delicious experience.

As I look back through the years, I see how much the world has changed. Gone are the days of just ‘dining out’. Good food is now a luxury, a treat, and a new phenomenon of restaurant come dinner party experience is growing in popularity. These are the supper clubs. They often take place in cool warehouse buildings, cafes that are normally closed for the evenings, or even in a chef’s own home.
Sometimes they have a particular theme, or they showcase cuisines from other cultures but always on the menu is a fun, friendly gathering of family, friends, and strangers who may become friends sharing an appreciation of food and the joy of being around a table together.
People coming together to dine is the charm of a supper club but the magic that makes them work is food that is cooked with love.
